amenities:

• First floor and top floor: access via outside stairs.
• The first floor has a spacious living room with a dinette and a large couch. The room is panelled with old wood and features attractive, genuine farmhouse furniture. The centrepiece of the room is an open fireplace.
• stairs lead up from the living room to the extended top floor, which boasts 3 double bedrooms and an extra WC.
• Both floors have balconies with fabulous views.
• In front of the house is a large sunbathing lawn.

• Rates are charged in EURO per night per accommodation | without meals
• Please let us know if there will be more guests than the stated number. EURO 15,- will be charged per extra person per day.
• The minimum stay is 4 nights, shorter stays are only possible by arrangement. 
• arrival time: Saturdays from 3 pm - 8 pm (different time on request - please call in advance: +43 664 2818224)
• departure time: Saturdays by 10 am (different time on request).
• Current local tax: EUR 3,50 € per person per day (aged 15 years and above)
• Pets: If you would like to bring your pet, please ask us in advance. For the additional cleaning effort, we charge a fee of 45 € per dog per stay.
