Our chalets offer:

ground floor:

• The chalet has a large terrace, hallway and stairs.
• Its spacious living/dining area is divided into a snug room with a corner bench and a fireside lounge with a corner couch and gothic beamed ceiling.
• The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge and dishwasher.
• A small bedroom offers bunk beds for two children.
• There is bathroom with shower and a separate WC.

top floor:

• The top floor boasts a balcony, 3 bedrooms (each approx. 12 m²) with 2 beds and built-in wardrobes
• a bathroom with a bathtub, sink and WC
• balcony

• Rates are charged in EURO per night per accommodation | without meals
• Please let us know if there will be more guests than the stated number. EURO 15,- will be charged per extra person per day.
• Chalets and apartments are rented out on a weekly basis otherwise as agreed.
• arrival time: Saturdays from 2 pm - 8 pm (different time on request - please call in advance: +43 664 2818224)
• departure time: Saturdays by 10 am (different time on request).
• Current local tax: EUR 2 per person per day (aged 15 years and above)
• Pets: If you would like to bring your pet, please ask us in advance. We may charge a double rate for the final cleaning.
